The Gianmarco's Post

“How I Met Your Mother” and “Family Guy” are probably two of the most famous comic series of our days (the first one as a tv-show, the second one more like a cartoon-show, like the Simpsons to make it clear).
Why are they so famous and how? What’s the secret?
The secret is not so impossible to see: if you’re familiar with both show you have seen that they use a “common key” to make you laugh.. What’s that? The continuous flashbacks and mentions that they make during their talks: they’re not simple mentions, you can actually see what the’re talking about, and this makes the joke 10 times funnier than a normal joke! The first ones to use it were the Simpsons, but not so much (maybe one for episode and not always).. Instead “Family Guy” uses this “comic weapon” in each episode, HIMYM probably always!
Add a really good script and a great cast and you get the most loved tv-shows in the US, with millions of fans and hundreds of “replayed episodes” every day.. In the end, who told you that you can’t make money with some laughs?

“Jersey Shore” star Pauly D is entering the liquor business…
According to our sources, Pauly D is close to announcing his own ready-to-drink cocktail called REMIX … a series of vodka-based drinks in various flavors. Pauly’s drink is meant to target the “pre-game” market — the kind of drink you have before you go out for the evening.
Sources say Pauly D’s business partner is none other than David Kanbar, the co-Founder of Skinnygirl Cocktails. We’re told the drink was brought to the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America convention in Las Vegas early last month and buyers loved it. According to the sources, it sold more cases during the convention than Skinnygirl sold in 18 months!
Considering Skinnygirl sold for a rumored $120 million … Pauly D might be retiring before you can say GTL.
