I’m not a huge fan of zombie movies, but I like watching them because I find them really funny. If you think like me or you’re “in love” with this genre, I think that there’s not an other game like “Dead Trigger” for your case. This game was made especially for Android and iOs devices, and it runs very fluidly and I find the graphics awesome, considering that is running on a device. It’s not that hard to play (I’m usually very bad with these types of games, I mean the ones with your point of view and a gun), everyone can have fun and download it easily (it’s just 154 MB heavy).. So if you’re looking for a good game for your breaks from work or study, I definitely recommend this game!

ps: If you download it in these days there’s the Halloween edition that is extremely funny because some of the zombies have pumpkin head instead of their own head!

Thanks to mobile applications like Whatsapp. Kik Messanger and Facebook, nowadays service provider are in a deep crisis because of the money that they’re loosing from the reduction of use of the classic text message. According to the companies, they’re loosing 17,7 Billions of Euro this year. That’s why they’re trying to offer you an internet connection at the best price.. Here’s an example of how people are using the major mobile platforms everyday:

- Whatsapp: 10 billions of messages eveyday

- Skype: 40 millions of people online

- Facebook: 1 Billion of accounts

Impressed? not so much in the end, but will we loose the classic text messages one day? Just the time can tell us the this..

Traveling by plane is already a normal part of our life, especially when you’re about to go on holiday. What not everybody is not thinking is that the airports are becoming everyday a bigger part of our travels.. Many flights are cancelled every hour, what about the people who have to wait hours of sometimes an entire night waiting for the next flight? The airport already thought about that, in fact now all the most important once hired interior designers, architects, engineers to re-design all the spaces in an airport, trying to make the waiting less stressful and more enjoyable. Some example: in San Francisco and in Dallas they already prepared areas for yoga classes. In other airports they made trekking routes, or simply walking routes, in Singapore even swimming pools and cinema, in New York lounge bar fancy enough to be in the city centre, in Vancouver they also put an huge aquarium.. But why airports care about how the passengers feel? Why are they investing so much money not for improving the flights but for the costumers? There’s a simple answer for that: because what people are spending and buying at the airport is the biggest business for them, almost more than the flights!! The more they buy, the more the airports gains! So now it’s their interest to make the common areas the most comfortable as possible!

What I want to say is that in the past the airport was just a place to take a flight and not to stay no longer than a couple of hours, now instead it has become a big and an important part of the travel, so it’s everybody’s interest that it has to be the less stressful as possible and well serviced at the same time.

There are also sites that rates the airports according to how comfortable is that and which is better to spend a night if you’re flight is cancelled.. In other words it’s rated like an hotel!

What will be the next step? Probably they’ll become an huge supermarket, where people can find everything and they won’t be sad if they forget something at home..

STARBEACH HERSONISSOS: THE PLACE TO BE

If you’re still confused about where to go for your holiday and you’re a young guy like me, well, you cannot miss a place like the StarBeach, in Hersonissos, Crete (Greece). Dj sets every day for all day, beautiful girls from all over Europe (especially from Holland), several pools and bars, Foam parties every day, one of the best sea in the Mediterrean.. These are just some of the things that you can find here.. I went here last summer and when my holiday was over a thought came to my mind: why shouldn’t I come the next year? And that was the thing I did: I already booked an other week there for the end of July..

You may say that maybe it’s better to go to places like Ibiza or Mykonos for having fun.. Uhm, it’s not true because what this place has different from them is the fact that it has all the things that you can find there + it’s less crowed and you have a city with a crazy nightlife at 15 min by walk (less than 5 min by taxy).. So when the party is about to over, everyone’s moving to the centre to continue partying for all night.. A wonderful welcome by Greeks makes the rest.. The new day start at the StarBeach (that has 3 huge parties every week, 2 by night and one every Friday), so your summer does, because when you see the first time this place all you can say is: why didn’t I come here earlier?

I will let you know how it will go my next experience there (with lots of pictures), in the meantime just take a look at the pictures and tell me if I’m not right about it..

Facebook IPO: What really happened (and could be forecasted in advance)

After 1 month from the entrance of the biggest social network in the Stock Markets, we’re talking about Facebook of course, everybody knows that the stock price and, as a consequence, the value of the company dropped down after the first days, even if all the investors were expecting exactly the opposite..

What was the real reason about that? Was it so difficult to forecast for the big and educated business analysts in Wall Street?

The answer is simple: absolutely not. So why happened it? Maybe you have to know that behind the entrance of Facebook in the stock markets there were the 3 biggest financial companies/banks of the US: Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JpMorgan. A couple of weeks before Facebook valuation, the analysts of the 3 companies already showed that the valuation of 106 billion $ for a company that earns 4 billion $ an year was too much and that a stock price of 38 $ for a company that is new in the stock market was too high.. But they hid these analysis because they were sure to earn so much from this. How? People didn’t know that and bought the shares at that price (it reached also 45 $ the first day but it immediately went down by the 12% and so lots of people that bought at a price close to that one lost so much). Morgan Stanley earned 100 million $ the first week and so the others. It was also a perfect passage for the “short seller” (people who bet on the failure of the value of the company when it enters the market), so that’s why they didn’t change the valuation of the company, it was a perfect occasion to make so much money..

Why the stock price of the company was too high?

The reason is this one: in these years lots of people (especially young people) started using Facebook more with the mobile app than with the computer, so the company had to sell less ads and in this way less companies wanted to spend so much for the advertising on Facebook. It is a simple reason but normal investors couldn’t know this type of information, and so now the stcok price is lower than expectations

So in the end, the Facebook IPO looked more like a planned “failure” (with the complicity of the major US banks), but who was really affected were the normal investors that saved their money during these year of crisis and recession.. So maybe next time it’s better to wait a little bit more and to do better researches, because nobody will help you to earn money easily..

If you plan to visit New York and use a proper English phrasebook to get you around, fuggetaboutit! True New Yorkers admittedly (and proudly) speak a version of English you can’t even begin to decipher with a phrasebook. Whether it be years of immigrants melding their respective languages into one or just a random jamble of words, the dialect spoken here needs a bit of explanation.

First thing first, to speak like a New Yorker, forget the combination of the letters “T” and “H”. As in:

Dees, Doze, Dis and Dat (These, Those, This and That)

For whatever reason, these, those, this and that don’t exist in New Yorker. Instead, D’s are really popular and if you want to fake being a native, drop these and switch to doze.

Ga’ Head (Go Ahead)

A phrase of encouragement. As in, “go on with your bad self”.

Get the Fuck Outta Hea (Get the Fuck out of Here)

Sure this sounds confrontational but its a term of disbelief more than anything. Scenario: “So Paulie (a common man’s name in NY for some reason), I ran into Fat Lou dis morning and he told me that five guys rolled into the deli wearing nothing but speedos and cowboy boots.” Paulie “Get the F*ck Outta Hea”.

Da bot a’ yous (the both of you)

More than one of you. You and a friend are bot yous.

How YOU Doin? (how are you doing?)

Made popular by Friends, it’s like asking how you are doing but with more intent. Put some emphasis on the YOU and you’ll blend right in.

Fuggetaboutit (Forget about it)

Don’t worry about it, it’s all good. Also used to express that something is never going to happen as in, “You think you can get in her pants? Fuggetaboutit!”

Loosie (Lucy)

Not a hooker but a single cigarette. Smokes in NYC are about $10 a pack so there is a huge demand for single cigarettes (at $0.75 a piece).

Mudder (mother)

Directly translated to mother. Popular uses include: “I heard your mudder was sick? How is that old broad?” and “F*ck your mudder”. Both are quite different uses of the term but nonetheless very common.

Boss

People that either don’t know or forgot your name will call you “boss” instead, especially if you go to the same bodega (the general store you see on every corner) more than once during your visit. You will feel like a big deal for no good reason.

Shlub/Putz

If you get one of these thrown in your direction, know that you really f*cked up. The equivalent of being called a douchebag. Get your fight face on, shit’s going down.

EYYYY (Hey)

Used to up the level of any conversation. Feel free to stick an “eyyy” into just about anywhere. Beginning a conversation with it is more like a “hello”. Show emotion by throwing it in as an exclamation. Combined with random hand gestures, you can have an entire discussion about nothing using “eyyy” and leave satisfied. Moment of silence? Get your “eyyy” out and it won’t be so awkward.

The above grab bag of phrases is a good start. If you have a handle of their uses, try saying them really loud, louder than you feel comfortable (aim for people being able to hear you within at least an entire city block radius), and you’ll be on your way to truly speaking like a New Yorker.

A 60 thousand-seat private stadium to be built in 4 years and with everything. Within 2-3 months the project will take off.

Milan – The new stadium project of Inter is about to take off. Definitively. Another 2-3 months and the important news will come as Inter are waiting the first official step that will mark the beginning of a major investment to provide significant revenue to the club. A new stadium for Inter in 2016 is anything but fantasy. The model of this new black and blue home was already built several years ago but the economic crisis has advised the leaders of the club in Corso Vittorio Emanuele to stop and wait for better times or interested lenders that would like to make a major investment. Now those lenders are starting to knock on the door of Inter. The first interest came just a few months after the treble by a group in Qatar and then a couple of weeks ago, president Moratti met the leadership of China Railway Construction Corportation, a leading Chinese company that knows how to deal with big construction projects. To have the stadium realized, however, there are interests from other industrial groups and their proposals are under review by the Moratti family.

Good foundation Inter have been thinking of a new home for the past 10 years. The first idea, dated in 2002, was to restructure San Siro profoundly through the redevelopment of some areas adjacent to the Meazza. The Quarto Anello project, which envisaged the creation of restaurants, playgrounds, shopping areas, exhibitions spaces, however, never took off and Inter changed direction. In 2005, a group working under the supervision of vice president Angelomario Moratti started to work on the new stadium project and, despite the economic crisis erupted in 2008 which imposed a slow down to the project, the foundations are solid.

Everything ready Inter in recent years have studied the details of this operation from the financial and architecture perspectives. At first, they identified 30 potential areas in the Milan area where the project could be brought forward. Now the choice is reduced to 4-5 areas: some in the commune of Milan, others are not. The most insistent rumors are in Gratosoglio, Pioltello, Rozzano, Rogoredo and the area between Trenno and Settimo Milansese. A decision will be made probably by the end of the summer in order to proceed with negotiations for the purchase of the land to start the bureaucratic process with the city. An important condition will be the ability to easily reach the stadium via subway but the fundamental will be the development opportunities in the vicinity of the stadium such as restaurants, entertainment spaces that make the area vital not only before, during and after matches.

60 thousand seats in 4 years The model of Inter’s new stadium will be naturally adjusted to suit the area and will have between 55 to 60 thousand seats in line with the most modern buildings in Europe that have been visited by Angelomario Moratti and his trusted men. They have been taking idea from each of the stadium that they have been too as well as some American arena dedicated to baseball, football and some English buildings dedicated to cricket. Those stadiums that make the biggest impression are the St. Jakob-Park in Basel, the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, Da Luz in Lisbon, Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen and the Emirates in London. Why 60 thousand seats? The goal is to create a shortage of tickets because the stands would be always full and to have a great demand from the fans. A little bit like Juve did with Juventus Stadium which only has 40 thousand seats. Total investment will fluctuate between 200 and 250 million euros and will require 4 years to complete the work. The building, whose name comes from a sponsor, will be equipped with modern Sky Box that management could use as offices during the week, exclusive places with all the comfortability, concessions, restaurants, spaces for children, a museum for Inter, 3D scoreboard for replays, and WiFi throughout the area.

Boom ticket prices A new stadium will bring great benefits to the budget of Inter. The variables at this moment are many and linked to the sale of advertising spaces but it is easy to assume that the income that Inter are getting from the San Siro (28 million) will be at least doubled. Important in this context will be the work of the new managing director Marco Fasone who handled the construction of the Juventus Stadium.
